Consultations
A free screening consultation is often offered as an opportunity to meet, evaluate and ask questions in person.
Agreement Drafting
We draft cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts (“pre-nups”), separation agreements, and parenting plans.
Education Advocacy
When a child or juvenile has difficulty coping in school and needs an advocate, we assist in negotiation or representation. We frequently address behavioral issues, special needs, truancy, suspension, or expulsion.
Uncontested Divorce
We prepare the necessary papers to file when both parties are in agreement to not involve the court any more than is necessary.
Guardian Ad Litem
We represent the best interests of the child in court proceedings when requested by the court or by private parties.
Mediation
We mediate disputes when both parties are willing to resolve the matter outside of court. As a mediator, we are a third party neutral, who facilitate communication toward resolution. If the parties are able to reach an agreement, an agreement is drafted. We can mediate the following types of cases: Contract disputes, Corporate litigation, Employment issues, sexual harassment, Landlord-Tenant disputes, Elder Law, Protective Orders, and Peer to Peer mediation in schools.
